Who of you guys is working out and is anybody of you taking supplements?

Today i bought myself a new proteine and a L-Glutamin. Also use creatine and bananas.

xDDD supplements don't do shit with no proper diet. Keep on wasting money as I know you won't listen. :p

Lol i work out alot, 3 times a day 40KG curling 20 of them each time i train a day. Also alot more xD plus supplements dont really do anything to you, they only boost your energy up to make you work more. I'd rather keep the money.

I take only one supplement, but I don't understand, it always drain all my energy around 1 am....
I think it is called alcohol... you know it ?

Well, anyway it doesn't solve my problems but at least it let me forget them during a short time ^^

I forgot to write aswell but ima having a stern diat atm.. with neraly total reduction of extra sugar, eating of course a lot of proetine containing food and complex carbs and essential fat acids.(like nuts, sun flower seeds)
And about the money: it aint that expensive as u think, fe Glutamin: 500g cost 21 euros, but as u only need max 5g per day u have it for min. 100 days= more tahn 3 months which is 6 euro per month = 1 euro 50 per week... tahts if you buy one drink more somewhere.. nearly nothing.

What you mean with left? Weight?

Im now 1.87 tall (wont grow hopefully :P ) and well, in october i had about 70-70.5; now i have 78-80, i know its still to low, i wanna come to 87-88 kilogramm. Of course with ana as low as possible body fat concentration.
